bright lighting radiator handle
i wasn't thrilled. arriving after a long train journey, i found the room wasn't what i expected. the receptionist said it was clear on the description, but it wasn't. the lighting was too bright and a dusty plastic plant just took up space. the radiator handle did not turn off the heating.

great location good sound-proofing available lighting wet floor mould shower breakfast facility
The location was great for my visit to Canal Street. It was very close (it's hard to beat that location). The room had good sound-proofing. I barely heard the city noise despite being in a lively area. I also appreciated the available plug sockets, lighting, the 24-hour manned desk and the hair dryer.
The room lacked some expected facilities for the price i paid. I found the floor wet upon arrival. There was also some mould in the shower and hairs in the sink. (i did report it). I also missed having breakfast available at the hotel.

convenient location train station friendly service
the hotel's location proved convenient for exploring local attractions. it was quite close to piccadilly train station. staff members provided assistance with any request. the friendly service really made it lovely.
the shower in my room could use some attention , as the water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly.

the hotel offers a restaurant , serving breakfast , lunch , and dinner , that is available to all guests. there is a cozy bar area with a wide selection of drinks. i could also use complimentary wireless internet throughout the hotel.

my beautiful room included a television with multiple channels , for quiet evenings. the room also featured tea and coffee making facilities , a detail that i loved. the bathroom had a shower with complimentary toiletries. it was very romantic.

i found a large fan in the room. the bathroom included a rainfall shower. plenty of pubs and bars were nearby to the hotel.
the hotel does not have a lift.
